When are you open?
we’re open from 1st March until the middle of December. Our season gives you the chance to visit your second home for most of the year even deep into autumn and winter with the spectacular colours on the valley sides.
How long can I keep my caravan?
Caravans are permitted to remain on-site for up to 20 years. If you decide to sell your caravan along with the pitch, you have the option to do so until it reaches 12 years of age. Following this period, you can still sell the caravan off-site, providing flexibility in ownership and resale options.
Can I let other people use my caravan?
Yes. From Easter until the end of October you can allow family, friends and paying customers use your caravan. If others use your caravan, by law, you must have the gas system serviced every year and hold a current landlord’s gas safety certificate.
Am I allowed to bring a pet onto the park?
Only caravan owners (no family, friends or renters) are allowed to bring pets to the park. Dogs must be kept on a lead and owners must tidy up after them.
What services to the caravans do you have?
Each caravan has mains gas, sewerage and water, and a 16 amp electric supply.
What about my caravan during the winter months?
When you let us know you have finished using your caravan for the season, we can fully drain and winterise your caravan (chargeable service) to protect it from the winter elements.
Is there internet access at the park?
Yes, we are pleased to offer you free wireless internet throughout the park. we also offer a higher speed internet for a fee. Please ask at reception for further details.
Can i charge an electric vehicle at the park?
Yes, we have dedicated electric vehicle chargers located near our reception.
Am I allowed a shed next to the caravan?
Caravans on the back row of the park are allowed a shed if it keeps to fire safety guidelines (check at reception). Caravans away from the back row of the park are only allowed storage lockers.
