2024 fees
Pitch Fee
Our pitch fee bill for the 2024 season is either £4,577 or £4,810, depending on the size of your caravan. We provide the flexibility to pay this fee in manageable monthly instalments via direct debit. For those who prefer an upfront approach, seize the opportunity to receive a £150 discount when the pitch fee is paid in full by the end of August for the following season.
Local Authority & Water Rates
Our local authority and water rates bill for the upcoming year is £228.58. The local rates portion, set by the council, is billed annually in April. We are delighted to share that this cost is currently discounted, thanks to continued government relief post-Covid. This discount is passed on in full to our owners.
Gas & Electric
Gas and electric is billed biannually in April and October. Your bill is based on actual usage, allowing you to pay for precisely what you consume. What sets us apart is the convenience of piped gas directly to your caravan —eliminating the need for cumbersome gas bottles.
Insurance
Obtaining insurance for your caravan is a hassle-free process, and all we ask is that you opt for a policy that has 'new for old' coverage. You have the flexibility to choose any insurance company you prefer, but if you'd like assistance in finding reliable options, we're happy to provide recommendations.
Internet
For light users who only need occasional email access, we provide a free basic option. If you crave more extensive connectivity, we offer a premium service priced at £100 for the entire season. This upgraded package allows you to connect multiple devices simultaneously, smoothly handle streaming video content, and even link up your smart TV.
